The Process
The process at RA Shaw starts with an analysis, leading to a concept. The concept stage is where rough drawings and 3D renderings are created to give life to the idea.
After the concept state, the budget and pricing are calculated. As a rough guide, standard construction costs around $400 per square foot, whereas ultra-luxury is more towards $750 per square foot.
Drawings and Permits
At this stage, full drawings are prepared. Planning permission is required before any ground clearing or construction is able to start.
Construction
The final stage is construction, and RA Shaw offers the ability for video conference updates for non-resident owners.

RA Shaw offers additional services, such as marketing. If your property is intended to be used as a vacation rental villa, RA Shaw can assist in starting marketing about 6 months before it’s ready, to ensure maximum return on your investment.
