Coastal Living's winter issue, published last week, positions the Turks and Caicos Islands as a must-visit Caribbean destination.

Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands — The Turks and Caicos Islands earned a 12-page feature in the highly anticipated Islands Issue of Coastal Living last week through a partnership with Visit Turks and Caicos Islands.

The article, which describes Turks and Caicos as the destination that will cause visitors to "forever hold other waters lacking," is brought to life through original VisitTCI photos promoting the destination’s unique draws, from horseback riding on Long Bay Beach to the raw beauty of West Harbour Bluff.

Opening the article is a Visit Turks and Caicos Islands image of Ocean Frontiers—a VisitTCI partner business and charter company known for their expeditions to little-visited destinations—exploring the electric blue waters of the West Caicos Marine National Park.

“We focus on private snorkeling charters, primarily to West Caicos and when possible to French Cay,” said Ernesto von der Esch, owner of Ocean Frontiers who captained the excursion featured in the article’s lead image. “That destination, it’s just peace and being surrounded by untouched nature.”

The Coastal Living feature is one of several collaborations that Visit Turks and Caicos Islands has secured with international media publications to promote the islands during the upcoming winter tourism season. This includes a US nationally syndicated South Caicos television feature airing this Friday and an upcoming collaboration with Food and Travel next week.

“We are continuously working to showcase the Turks and Caicos Islands to the world through media partners and our own campaigns,” said Daniel LeVin, Executive Editor of Visit Turks and Caicos Islands. "These islands are globally unique, and we want people to understand what makes them special.”

Coastal Living—a quarterly print publication under People Inc., the largest digital and print publisher in the United States—reaches an audience of readers interested in life on the coast. The Islands Issue showcases Turks and Caicos alongside several other popular Caribbean destinations, including the Bahamas, Antigua, and Bermuda.

Visit Turks and Caicos Islands is the trusted partner for many international newspapers, broadcasters, and magazines. They have worked with National Geographic, The Wall Street Journal, Condé Nast Traveler, and The Today Show, among other media organizations.

Over the last year, VisitTCI's media partnerships have showcased the destination to an audience of more than 46 million people, primarily located in the United States.
