Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands — Construction has broken ground at Nivå 4, the latest villa belonging to South Bank’s exclusive Nivå collection on the south coast of Providenciales. This enclave of high-end homes in the island's Turtle Tail region features six stand-alone residences that overlook the Caicos Banks.
The villas have been designed by Ström Architects and are being developed by Turks and Caicos development firm Windward.
"Nivå represents a natural evolution of our vision for luxury living in Turks and Caicos. It was our goal to have this limited collection of homes feel completely immersed in the surrounding landscape, positioned between the Caicos Bank and Juba Sound,” says Director of Windward Ingo Reckhorn.
“We are crafting a truly private residential retreat that is paired with the word-class amenities and a resort lifestyle at South Bank, just a short boat transfer away."
Nivå will be part of South Bank, a luxury resort and residential community in Long Bay that opened in 2024. Owners and guests at Nivå will have access to the resort’s amenities, including its dining experiences, luxury spa and fitness center, and use of the South Bank Marina.
Five of the six planned Nivå villas are sold and are currently under construction. All have estimated completion dates in 2027. The last remaining property on the market for the development, Nivå 6, is listed for $12.5 million.
Also under construction at South Bank is Arc, a six-story luxury residential development designed by Italian architect Piero Lissoni. Arc is expected to open later this year.
