Located on the hotel's second level, the restaurant has a beautiful view over Salterra Beach and the resort's expansive main pool. There's both an indoor dining area and a covered outdoor terrace for meals al fresco.

Breakfast Menu
Breakfast at Regatta is an abundant spread. There are buttery croissants, muffins, and pastries alongside golden sourdough and artisan breads. You can also choose a made-to-order omelet with local or imported ingredients. Wellness options include chia pudding, tropical parfait, and avocado toast.
Hearty breakfast plates range from steak and eggs to the signature Regatta Breakfast with roasted tomatoes, baked beans, thick-cut bacon, and sausage. If you're looking for a more tropical breakfast, try the grits enriched with coconut milk and mango or classic pancakes layered with pineapple and whipped cream.
Also available for order are barista-prepared coffees, fresh-pressed juices, and sparkling cocktails like mimosas and bellinis.
Dinner Menu
Dinner at Regatta is seafood-heavy and largely features Caribbean cuisine. A nice local main is the blackened snapper paired with root vegetables and wakame butter sauce. The Regatta mix platter offers a rich assortment of the ocean's bounty—scallops, tiger prawn, octopus, and scallops.
If you're not big on seafood, there are go-to mains like steak and fries and caesar salad with breaded chicken breast.
Desserts range from sticky toffee pudding with pear and mascarpone ice cream to tropical creations (like a rum-soaked baba with mango and passion fruit).
As with several other restaurants at Salterra, Regatta's menu shifts with the seasons and often with the local catch.
Wines and Cocktails
Regatta has a well-rounded cocktail menu and a generous wine list. The wine list highlights selections designed to pair well with its bespoke dishes and fresh seafood, while the cocktail menu leans into the Caribbean feel with tropical ingredients and tastes.
The cocktails keep with the sailing theme of the restaurant—there's the Nautical Mile (gin, earl gray syrup, and dry vermouth), the Sail Away (white rum, blue curaçao, and mint syrup), and the Port Side (bourbon whisky, orange bitters, and ruby port).
