South Bank Marina (previously known as Caicos Marina and Shipyard) is an upscale marina, port of entry, and vessel service site located near Long Bay Beach on the island of Providenciales. The marina provides a full range of services and facilities for yachts and recreational cruising vessels of all sizes, from refueling to concierge services and boat storage.
South Bank Marina offers an easy approach from the southern side of Providenciales, and at full tide has an 8-foot (2.5 m) entry depth. They can also provide many services, such as refueling, for yachts moored outside the marina.
Various amenities are located onsite at the marina and at its adjacent counterpart resort, South Bank Resort. The marina has a casual Caribbean restaurant, the headquarters of the marine police, and a boating and marine supply shop onsite. A fine dining restaurant, spa, boutique, and luxury accommodations are located at the nearby resort.
South Bank Marina is also an official dealer for several boat and marine manufacturers, including Axopar, Boston Whaler, and Yamaha.
Marine Fuel
South Bank Marina provides high-quality and clean ultra-low sulfur diesel and REC 90 ethanol-free gasoline, with storage and delivery via triple-filtered modern tanks and infrastructure. For vessels too large to enter the marina, their yacht concierge agents can arrange bunkering at the South Dock industrial port.

Onsite at South Bank Marina are professional and experienced boat concierge agents who are happy to assist with entry into the Turks and Caicos, customs, immigration, provisioning, bunkering, arranging car rentals and charters, and more.
Laundry services and ice and beverages are also included in the amenities available onsite.
Service and Repair
South Bank Marina offers a wide selection of services, from routine cleaning, maintenance, and painting to haul-out of vessels of up to 75 tons and outdoor storage in a secured yard.
The marina has an outboard repair shop, with certified Yamaha and Honda outboard mechanics, and repair is offered for all makes. Hull repair, fiberglass work, painting, cleaning, and restoration is also provided. The marine retail store stocks products from leading brands such as Seahawk, International, Petit, AWLGRIP, Alexseal, Anchor, Seachoice, 3M, and Miami Cordage.
Onsite at the marina is Caribbean Marine and Diesel, which specializes in diesel engine service and repair and is the Turks and Caicos dealer for Yanmar, Cummins, MAN, and Onan.
South Bank Marina is the haul-out of choice for many boats based in the Turks and Caicos. Options include a Marine Travelift (which can accommodate vessels with up to 25-foot (7.6 m) beam and 75-ton weight), a vessel forklift with 20,000 lb (9,072 kg) capacity, and a tractor dedicated to trailering.
General garbage, petroleum product, and battery disposal are available at the marina.
Small Vessel Docks
For resident small vessel owners and tenders, South Bank Marina offers a newly completed dock array, with water and electricity services. The marina is very sheltered and secure, which complements the service, haul-out capabilities, ramp, and fuel available onsite and makes for a very convenient marina choice.
Marine Police
The Providenciales headquarters for the marine branch of the Royal Turks and Caicos Islands Police Force is located at South Bank Marina.

The marina has Sail Shades, a small restaurant onsite that serves bar and grill and Caribbean cuisine. Adjacent to the resort is the luxury South Bank Resort, which is home to luxury boathouse villas and residences and the fine dining Lua Beach House.
