Villa de Ligera invites you to embrace the good life in an exclusive vacation rental at Turtle Tail on Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. Turquoise ocean is at your doorstep in this luxurious six-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom villa. Ligera means “light” in Spanish, and the villa is aptly named, with window walls that bring in natural light and spectacular views of Juba Sound and ocean water at every turn.

The secure two-level property is spacious, accommodating up to 12 guests. During your stay at this property, you will have an array of creature comforts at your fingertips, such as a chef’s kitchen, multiple fully-furnished living rooms, casual and formal dining areas, spa-style bathrooms, air conditioning throughout, a glistening swimming pool, gazebos, Wi-Fi, weekly housekeeping service, two sets of high-end GE washers and dryers, and direct beach access.

Artfully appointed bedrooms invite you to take it easy. Each of the six bedrooms features premium furnishings, deluxe bedding, and high-thread-count linens to ensure a restful stay. The full bathrooms include toilets, towels, and toiletries.

The master suite is on the main level overlooking the swimming pool. It offers a plush king-sized bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a comfy reading chair, and a personal safe. The spa-like ensuite bath has a rainfall shower, double-sink vanity, wood surround soaking tub, and bench seating. The second bedroom overlooks the ocean and has a king-sized bed, plush reading chair, a wood desk, and an ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower.

On the upper level, the second master suite looks over the waterfront, offering a king-sized bed, a private sitting area with a table, and an ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower. An additional second-floor suite has views of ocean waters, a queen-sized bed, dual nightstands, and an ensuite bathroom. The twin suite features twin beds and beachfront views, while the bunk room – designed for traveling tykes – offers twin bunk beds and direct patio access. The twin suite and bunk room share an adjacent full bathroom.

The chef-approved kitchen is fully equipped with a premium oversized refrigerator with an ice maker, electric range, microwave, dishwasher, custom cabinets, granite countertops, cookware, a Keurig coffee maker, dinnerware, glassware, and cutlery. Enjoy self-catering at the large granite kitchen island with four bar stools or the four-seat kitchen table. For fine dining, a gorgeous formal dining room offers a 12-seater dining table, terrace access, and sweeping ocean views.

There are several well-appointed living room areas designed for entertaining or unwinding. The main level living area features a plush L-shaped sofa, accent chairs, a dark wood ceiling and accent wall, an entertainment center with a flat-screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open onto a partially covered patio. An adjacent living area offers a comfy sofa, stylish accent chairs, and contemporary wall art. The upstairs living room is equally impressive, featuring an expansive L-shaped sofa, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and terrace access with panoramic ocean views.

Villa de Ligera offers an array of indulgent outdoor amenities with a backdrop of crystal-clear waters. The main-level outdoor area has an expansive partially-covered terrace with alfresco dining sets, cushy sofas, a barbecue pit, and a premium sound system. Cool off or lap swim in the shimmering heated pool. Sunbathe or kick back with your favorite audiobook on the poolside and oceanfront lounges. The upper-level terrace, just off the upstairs living room, offers ocean views and a spacious lounge area with an outdoor sofa set and rocking chair.

Follow the square stepping stones to access an oceanfront gazebo complete with a sofa and an oceanside stairway leading to sparkling ocean waters. Complimentary kayaks and beachfront hammocks are also readily available during your stay.

Turtle Tail Beach

The Turtle Tail area hides many small beaches along its low limestone cliff coast. One such beach is located adjacent to Villa de Ligera, just steps away. This section of secluded beach is typically quite sheltered and calm, and the ocean depth is shallow, making it perfect for all ages.

The coast directly fronting the villa is a low cliff, and there is and there are stairs to access the shallow and beautiful ocean in front.
