UPS

UPS Providenciales is located in the Downtown area of Providenciales.

The local branch of UPS is located on Old Airport Road, at the offices of interCaribbean Airlines. Both ingoing and outgoing service is offered. Service outside of Providenciales is limited.

It’s one of the 3 main courier companies in the Turks and Caicos, the others being FedEx and DHL.

Services

Both courier services (Worldwide Express and Express Saver) and freight services (Worldwide Express Freight) are offered.

Be advised that the online shipping calculators typically do not function correctly, and it’s best to call or visit the local office in order to get a shipping quote and delivery estimate.

Fees and Surcharges

UPS charges a variety of extra fees and surcharges, for both outgoing and incoming packages.

Clearance Fees

For any incoming packages, where local customs duty must be paid, UPS charges customs clearance fees, which are typically around $25, in addition to applicable duty. These fees are not payable on documents (of no commercial value).

Credit Card Fees

Customers should be aware that the local UPS agency charges additional fees when payments are made via credit and debit cards. Paying via cash is not subject to these additional card fees and surcharges.

Located in Downtown

Downtown is located in central Providenciales and close to the airport. Many government offices, the post office, a number of small restaurants and shops, a sports center, and a supermarket are located in this region. The largely residential Kew Town is adjacent to the northwest.
