Located in central Providenciales, The Taproom is a laid-back brew pub and restaurant where you can enjoy the best locally brewed beer on the island. From its spacious location within the Turk's Head Brewery—the country's only full-scale brewery—this establishment offers excellent craft beer on tap, some of the island’s best Neapolitan pizza, and friendly staff.
Part of the charm of The Taproom is simply getting there. You access the restaurant by walking through the brewery and along its catwalk—over the stainless-steel fermenters and the canning line—before stepping into a cozy air-conditioned space that feels like a modern Caribbean speakeasy.
The brewery bistro draws a mix of residents, expats, and visitors who come here for a laid-back lunch, after-work drinks, or a guided tour. It features an indoor area with floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook its packing operations and a large modern terrace with a separate bar.
Only a 7-minute drive to and from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS), it's a popular first or last stop for visitors to the islands. The Taproom's Happy Hour, offered Monday through Thursday from 4:30–6:00 PM, offers great value on ice-cold draft beer, cocktails, and shareable bites.
The Menu
The Taproom's menu has something for everyone on it, but the highlight is without question the Neapolitan-style pizza, baked in a beautiful brick oven on its terrace. Must-try pizzas include the funghi parmesan, spicy soppressata, and the sweet heat bacon.
The menu also features sandwiches, salads, tacos, wings, quesadillas, and house-made ice cream.
Lunch is the best time to visit, especially if you plan to pair your meal with a brewery tour. Reservations aren't usually required. The Taproom tends to get quite popular around 6 PM, so it's best to get there early if you plan to have dinner.
Beers on Tap

The Taproom is the best place to experience the craftsmanship and products of the Turk’s Head Brewery, which began formal operations in 2001. The brewery produces five signature beers—I-Ain-Ga-Lie, I-Soon-Reach, Down-Da-Road, Gon-Ta-Nort, and Gon-Ta-Sout—that guests can find at resorts and restaurants across the island (though sampling them at the source is undoubtedly more fun).
At The Taproom, you can also try their selection of limited-edition craft beers and seasonal brews that are served only here and nowhere else. Past limited releases have ranged from Belgian Tripels to honey brown beers and ciders.
Brewery Tours
It's easy to add on a brewery tour to lunch at The Taproom. Tours are offered at 12 PM Monday through Saturday, and include a guided walk across the catwalk, an inside look at the brewing and bottling process, and a tasting flight served at The Taproom. These tours are family-friendly and all ages are welcome—the restaurant offers a full selection of non-alcoholic beverages for younger patrons.
Private Events and Parties

The Taproom is also available for private bookings. It’s a versatile space that can accommodate everything from small celebrations to corporate gatherings, with craft beer, cocktails, and its Neapolitan pizza menu available for groups.
Getting There
The brewery is conveniently located for guests staying in Chalk Sound or on Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay, and is about a 15-minute drive from the resorts in Grace Bay.
It’s also minutes away from the Providenciales International Airport (PLS), making it a great place to hang out before your return flight.
