Sunset Point Villa is located within walking distance of the beautiful Taylor Bay Beach. This sheltered white sand beach is typically quiet calm, as it’s in the lee of the Sunset Point ridge. The water depth is also quite shallow, making it a perfect beach for children.
Sapodilla Bay, a likewise stunning and calm beach, is located a short drive from the villa.

Sunset Point Villa is located in the quiet Sunset Point neighborhood, which is in the Chalk Sound area of Providenciales. Chalk Sound is a unique and scenic peninsula, located on the southwest coast of the island. The peninsula is home to upscale homes and vacation villas, and on one side is bordered by the scenic Chalk Sound National Park lagoon and on the other by the open water of the Caicos Banks, both of which have incredible turquoise water.
Sunset Point is about a 16-minute drive from central Grace Bay and the world-famous Grace Bay Beach, and about 10 minutes from the Providenciales International Airport. The only restaurant in the area is Las Brisas, which is a 2-minute drive.
