Sibonné is one of the smaller and older properties on Grace Bay Beach, and consequently has some of the lowest rates of any beachfront resort on the island. Rooms are small and a bit dated, yet the property is located on a quiet and beautiful section of Grace Bay. The shops and dining of central Grace Bay are a little too far for pleasant walking, but there are a few dining choices nearby, including the onsite Bay Bistro restaurant. This property is typically a great value.
4-star rating for Sibonné Beach Hotel by Visit Turks and Caicos Islands

Sibonné Beach Hotel in the Turks and Caicos.

Sibonné Beach Hotel is a small and boutique 30-room beachfront hotel and features some of the best rates of any accommodation that is directly on Grace Bay Beach.

The rooms at this hotel are a little small and dated compared to other resorts on Grace Bay, and the onsite amenities are likewise limited, yet the hotel is clean, quiet, well-managed, and is located on an amazing stretch of beach.

Amenities at the hotel include complimentary Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cabanas and loungers on the beach, beach towels, ice, flat screen TV, mini fridge and microwave, and a private balcony. Most rooms at this hotel have an ocean view, and they surround a lush central garden area. A small freshwater swimming pool is located at the resort near Bay Bistro restaurant.

This property is one of the oldest still operating hotels in the Turks and Caicos, and shares this standing with a few other resorts including the all-inclusive Club Med Turkoise and the Grace Bay Club. Back then Sibonné was known as Le Deck, yet the hotel and atmosphere haven’t changed much over the years.

Beachfront on Grace Bay Beach

World-famous Grace Bay Beach is exquisite along the entirety of its coast, yet it does vary in places. The section of beach fronting the hotel is excellent, with a very wide band of perfect white sand and clear ocean. The beach here is a little sheltered by Forbes Point, which is the lightly defined point near Point Grace Resort, so the ocean close to shore is typically calm.

Bay Bistro Restaurant

Onsite at the hotel is the popular Bay Bistro restaurant. This long-established spot is one of the top beachfront restaurants on Providenciales, and is perfect for brunch, lunch, and dinner.

Bay Bistro’s menu offers international fusion, with many fresh seafood choices. The restaurant serves one of the best hamburgers on the island, and their dinner dishes are exceptional.

Located in Grace Bay

Aerial view of Sibonné Beach Hotel
Sibonné Beach Hotel is located on the world-famous Grace Bay Beach.

Sibonné Beach Hotel is located on the western side of the Grace Bay region, and a bit of a walk from the central ‘strip’ with its shopping plazas. It’s about three-quarters of a mile (1.1 km) to the Saltmills, Regent Village, and Le Vele Plaza, which is about a 15-20 minute walk. It’s easy to do this walk on Grace Bay Beach as well. The Regent Street Access is the best stop for the Saltmills and Regent Village, and the Central Access is convenient for Ports of Call and Caicos Café Plaza. See Grace Bay Beach for access details.

There are quite a few resorts near the hotel with many dining and bar options, so there are several offsite restaurants within easy access.

The Providenciales International Airport (PLS) is about a 10-minute drive from this hotel.

Free parking is provided for guests staying at the resort. It typically makes sense for most guests to rent a car for the duration of their stay, as taxis are quite expensive. With a car, it’s easy to get to Graceway Gourmet supermarket in Grace Bay, as well as the many incredible beaches and snorkeling sites on Providenciales.
