A spacious five-bedroom villa in the quiet neighborhood of Leeward, Sea La Vie is designed to comfortably accommodate families and large groups.

This villa offers privacy and a great location in a secure gated community, as well as the convenience of being within driving distance of restaurants, grocery stores, and water sports providers. Central Grace Bay—home to the grocery store Graceway Gourmet as well as countless restaurants and shops and a few pharmacies—is just a five-minute drive from the villa.

Sea La Vie is conveniently located within walking distance of Leeward Beach. A complimentary six-seater electric golf cart is included in each stay for bringing beach supplies and equipment to and from the beach (or simply for shortening your commute). Also nearby is the Blue Haven Marina, where many private boat charters depart from.

Hiring a rental car is the most convenient way of getting around for guests of Sea La Vie and for simply exploring all that the island has to offer. Free parking is provided onsite.

Outdoor Living

Sea La Vie's architecture and design takes advantage of Providenciales' warm climate, with generous outdoor living spaces for enjoying the persistent tradewinds of the Turks and Caicos Islands.

There are multiple balconies and terraces where you can sit back and enjoy ocean views and soothing evening sunsets. A large second-floor deck spans the length of the villa and features comfortable seating and a fire table—a wonderful place to wind down at the end of each day.

Sea La Vie's private swimming pool is the focal point of the property. Surrounded by loungers with ample room to relax and fenced in for privacy, this pool promises pleasant temperatures year-round and a great area for relaxing. Adjacent to the pool deck is a covered outdoor dining area, wet bar, and grill where you can prepare poolside meals.

Games including ping-pong, cornhole, and darts are available on the property.

Guests also have access to Sunset Beach Villas' concierge, who can help arrange private chef services, a butler, or book activities for you upon request.

Accommodations

Inside, the villa offers a comfortable and functional layout designed for groups. Each of Sea La Vie's five spacious bedrooms features a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom, along with Smart TVs and in-room safes.

Hair dryers, complimentary bath products, and pool and beach towels are provided, as is a washer/dryer.

This property also has a full backup generator that provides continuous power during the occasional power outage.

Leeward is an upscale and largely residential region located on the northeast end of Providenciales. The beautiful Leeward Beach fronts the coast here, and the area is home to many luxurious vacation rentals, as well as the expansive Blue Haven Marina.
