Seafood and lobster define the cuisine at Pelican Bay Restaurant, and their all you can eat Lobster Extravaganza (Wednesdays during the August–March lobster season) is very popular.
The Menu and Ambiance
The menu and cuisine at Pelican Bay is a fusion of Caribbean, seafood, and international tastes. Three days per week, the restaurant has dining specials and live music. The setting is elegant casual, and adjacent to the resort pool. The restaurant isn’t beachfront, yet world-famous Grace Bay is located only a short walk away.
On Wednesdays evenings between August and March is the Lobster Extravaganza, which is an all you can eat lobster offering, which is prepared is several different ways. Live reggae music creates a festive environment.
Fridays have the Surf and Turf Carnival, which features a buffet of local and imported seafood, Caribbean jerk, and Asian and international dishes, with live music.
Jerk Fiesta is on Sunday evenings, with jerk and BBQ dishes, and steel drum live music.
