Opus Wine Bar and Grill in the Turks and Caicos.

Opus Wine Bar and Grill is a gourmet restaurant, located on the eastern side of Grace Bay on the island of Providenciales. The restaurant features a full wine list and is well known for their steaks, meat cuts, and seafood.

Opus is located adjacent to Ocean Club resort, and near the Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club. Reservations are recommended. Both indoor air-conditioned and outdoor courtyard dining is available.

The Menu

Opus features a menu of classic international dishes, with choices of appetizers ranging from salads, bisque, tuna tartare, and more. Mains include seared rare ahi tuna, surf and turf, New Zealand rack of lamb, grilled mahi-mahi, and Black Angus tenderloin steak.

Desserts are made fresh daily, and typically include rum cake and cheesecake, ice cream, a chocolate truffle torte, and coconut caramel. Opus maintains a very wide wine and cocktail menu.

Located in Grace Bay

Grace Bay is located on the central northern side of Providenciales, and is the center of tourism, upscale shopping, and dining in the Turks and Caicos. World-famous Grace Bay Beach borders this region, and many of the island’s resorts and hotels are located in the area.
