The villa is conveniently located in the exclusive, gated Sunset Beach Villas community, in Leeward and close to Grace Bay. You can take one of the villa’s cruiser bikes for a spin to the beach or make the short drive to great restaurants, golfing, tennis, and endless water activities.

No Snow Here! luxury villa features three spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, king-sized bed, toiletries, and hotel-quality towels and linens. Each bedroom in the villa is designed with ample storage, including an armchair and a safe for stowing personal valuables and passports. There is high-speed Wi-Fi and a flatscreen TV in each bedroom.
The upscale, modern villa has everything you need to unwind and relax during your Caribbean getaway. No Snow Here! includes central A/C in the living room and inverter technology air conditioners in each bedroom, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building. The living room features a smart TV for enjoying some downtime between exploring the island paradise. For added convenience, you can add on concierge services for food shopping, private chef, dining, babysitting, and activity reservations for an additional fee.

There are on-site security personnel and a gated, secure entry courtyard for maximum privacy. Relish a swim in the 12 feet by 28 feet, 5 feet continuous-depth pool or read in the private courtyard surrounded by colorful tropical gardens. If you like to barbecue, the villa serves up an outdoor kitchen with a Weber S Series grill that’s perfect for cooking up a fiesta.
Leeward Beach
The incredible Leeward Beach, which is located on the eastern side of Grace Bay Beach, is within walking distance of the villa. Leeward Beach is one of the finest beaches in the country, with the soft white sand and turquoise water that the Turks and Caicos is famous for. Small rock outcroppings and jetties interrupt what is otherwise a wide sand beach, and lend some additional privacy. The villa includes the use of an electric golf cart to facilitate easy access to the beach.
Central Grace Bay Beach, which is home to many of the island’s luxury resorts, can be accessed simply by walking for 10 minutes down Leeward Beach to the west.
