Land + Sea is a waterfront fine dining restaurant located at Sunset Cove in beautiful Turtle Tail, Providenciales. It is the primary dining option for Wymara Villas, a collection of luxurious villas managed by Wymara Resort, and one of only a few restaurants in the Turtle Tail area.
The establishment’s cuisine focuses on serving upscale surf and turf, dovetailing fresh seafood with meat cuts of the highest quality. The menu and experience was designed and curated by chef Andrew Mirosch, who also heads Blue Water Bistro at Wymara Resort.
Tables are set right on the water, and offer patrons a front-row seat to the island’s peaceful ocean breeze. There’s parking onsite, as well as a wooden dock allowing you to arrive at the restaurant by boat. Adjacent to the dining area is a beach with resort loungers, umbrellas, and shallow water for swimming.
Live entertainment is offered a few nights per week, and there’s a daily happy hour from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Menu
Fresh seafood and steaks are the focus of Land + Sea's menu. The restaurant places a heavy focus on sustainably sourced and local seafood, like grouper, lobster (when in season), and local mahi-mahi. All steaks are fresh, not frozen, and are imported from the southern island of New Zealand.
Standout mains include their signature hot and cold seafood tower (with oysters, tiger prawns, crab, and much more), the Jamaican style curry beef, and Chef Andrew's steamed seafood dumplings. While the options are a bit more limited, there are meals that accommodate vegetarian and gluten-free patrons.
Located in Venetian Road
Venetian Road is a long and winding route that follows along the Turtle Tail peninsula. Commonly, the name refers to the community found off the beginning inland sections of the road, which is primarily residential with two small hotels and a school. As the road continues out to Turtle Tail and past Flamingo Lake, development transitions to upscale homes and vacation villas.
