With the villa’s fully-stocked kitchen, your group can savor delectable fresh local cuisine in comfort. The indoor dining seats up to 6 people and outdoor seating accommodates up to 8 diners. Edge of Paradise is a 3-minute walk (800 feet / 244 m) from one of the best sections of the spectacular Leeward Beach. This coast is located on the eastern edge of Grace Bay, and offers perfect white sand, amazing water, and has no crowds.

Edge of Paradise is located in the gated Sunset Beach Villas enclave in the upscale Leeward Residential community, which is a 2-minute drive from central Grace Bay and a wide selection of shops and restaurants. The Providenciales International Airport (PLS) is 15 minutes away.
