Couple having a romantic lunch at a fine dining restaurant
Anchorage has an upscale yet laid-back ambiance that suits couples and small groups.

Anchorage Restaurant and Bar is a waterfront fine dining restaurant located at the Blue Haven Marina in Leeward, Providenciales. This restaurant opened in February of 2026 and serves Mediterranean-inspired cuisine with Caribbean influences and handcrafted cocktails.

Anchorage offers a quiet dockside atmosphere and a great location right on the water. It is the only upscale marina restaurant on Providenciales.

There’s an air-conditioned interior area with a wraparound bar, high-top tables, and floor-to-ceiling windows that look out onto the turquoise Leeward Going Through Channel. There's also a breezy terrace with covered and uncovered seating overlooking the harbor's many large luxury yachts.

This restaurant is a convenient place to eat for travelers staying on private vessels at the marina and those vacationing at one of the many luxury villa rentals found in Leeward.

Located a 3-minute walk from Anchorage is the all-inclusive Blue Haven Resort. The central Grace Bay area, where most of the country’s shopping, nightlife, and large resorts are found, is about a 7-minute drive away.

The Food

Anchorage's culinary team is led by chef Mateo Garcia Leiva, who worked as an executive chef in fine dining restaurants across Europe before coming to the Turks and Caicos Islands. The food spans influences from Greek, Italian, and Spanish cuisine, but also includes classic fine dining dishes like filet mignon and rack of lamb. A fair number of vegetarian and gluten-free menu options accommodate diners with dietary restrictions.

Lunch

Anchorage is a convenient and relaxed waterfront lunch option if you're staying in Leeward. There's a mix of more casual meals like their beef burger and jerk chicken wrap as well as fancier plates like the beef fillet with potato mille-feuille.

If you're dining on the dockside terrace, keep an eye on the water—it's common to see green sea turtles coming up for air in the channel (and to see some very impressive luxury yachts cruising by).

Tapas

From lunch through dinner, the establishment serves a tapas menu of small shareable Mediterranean plates. These range from spanakopita and prawn arancini to truffle fries and European cheese and cured meat plates.

Dinner

Dinner is a particularly nice time to visit this restaurant and bar. Expect a relaxed waterfront setting with romantic lighting and a chic vibe. There's usually a cool evening breeze on the terrace, and the atmosphere is typically very quiet as activity at the marina settles down for the day.

The restaurant serves both local seafood such as snapper and imported seafood like prawns and clams in various dishes. For fine dining turf options, there's a boneless rack of lamb, the chicken royale, and Mediterranean beef and pork skewers.

Anchorage also has a kids menu with cheeseburgers and butter pasta, as well as a petite beef tenderloin and petite salmon fillet for kids with a broader palate.

Drinks and Cocktails

Anchorage has one of the larger cocktail bars of the fine dining restaurants on Providenciales, and the large U-shaped bar makes it easy to interact with bar staff. The bartenders here are friendly and are happy to recommend a cocktail based on your tastes and mood.

While they have a menu of internationally popular classic cocktails—espresso martini, sangria, negroni, and cosmopolitan, to name a few—don't shy away from their signature cocktail menu. These unique-to-Anchorage cocktails weave together local and Caribbean ingredients that may surprise you, like the Anchorage Passion with passion fruit nectar and Scotch whisky or the more adventurous Ground Provision, which actually combines fried plantain puree and coconut extract with aged rum.

Of course, there's also a robust wine list of reds, whites, and rosés you can browse to pair with dinner.

Reservations

Reservations aren't usually required to dine at Anchorage Restaurant but are recommended, particularly for dinner and for large parties.

The restaurant does not accept cash, but most major credit cards are accepted.
