You can dine at the restaurant or right on Long Bay Beach—in addition to lunch and dinner, they serve an all-day bar menu and offer pool and beachside service from noon to 8:00 PM.

Every Sunday, they host a beach party with a live DJ.

Menu

Ámbra's menu combines Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian coastal tastes with tasty staples that anyone can enjoy. The lunch menu, for example, features linguini vongole and fritto misto as well as simpler go-to items like tacos, their grilled skirtsteak sandwich, and their classic burger. The Ámbra bowls are a refreshing option.

Dinner options include Mediterranean choices like grilled branzino, scarlet shrimp “Al Guajillo”, and arroz de marisco, as well as class Caribbean jerk chicken.

Local seafood options caught fresh from the island’s surrounding waters include the Turks and Caicos delicacy of conch (served as conch ceviche or conch fritters).
