One Season is a small upscale retail center in Grace Bay, and is home to a restaurant, several shops and boutiques, real estate agencies, and offices. It’s located adjacent to
Ports of Call,
Seven Stars resort,
La Petite Place, and
Caicos Café Plaza.
One Season features a spacious outdoor plaza, with a large metal sculpture of the word “one”, made by local artist and machinist Roland Tibor of Tibor’s Machine Shop.
The Terrace
One of the primary attractions of One Season is the Terrace restaurant, which offers both al fresco and indoor seating, and serves elegant casual dishes, including burgers, salads, pastas, tacos, sandwiches, steak, chicken wings, and more. The restaurants offers a wide selection of drinks, including local Turks Head on tap.
The Terrace is a fun place to relax at, as it overlooks Grace Bay Road, where there’s always something going on.

Ocean Club West,
Grace Bay Club,
Ports of Call Resort,
Villa del Mar, the
Oasis at Grace Bay, and the new
Ritz-Carlton are all a short walk away.
Collectively, the stretch of Grace Bay Road from Le Vele Plaza to Ocean Club West Plaza is generally referred to as the Grace Bay Strip, and much of the island’s shopping and dining is located here.
