The Grand Turk Inn
Queen Street, Cockburn Town, Grand Turk
Located on Queen Street in Cockburn Town, the Grand Turk Inn is a quaint boutique hotel with five spacious one-bedroom suites and one studio. This historical structure, steps away from a quiet section of Cockburn Town Beach, was built in 1861 and served originally as a Methodist Mission House for over a century.
The Inn has a rich history, which both the hotel's design and the capital's architecture reflect. There was a large religious presence in Turks and Caicos dating back to 1822, and many of the older churches are still open today and are within walking distance.
In 2005, the building was transformed into the Grand Turk Inn, a bed-and-breakfast with unique suite-style accommodations. After being damaged by hurricanes in 2017, the inn closed for a period of time until it was sold, fully renovated, and reopened in 2025.
The Grand Turk Inn offers an ideal stay for those who prefer a homey feel with a boutique atmosphere.
Accommodations

All of the accommodations at the inn are individually decorated and inspired by British West Indian colonial flair. The five one-bedroom suites offer 650 square feet (60 m²) of generous space featuring a plush king bed, wardrobe, open living and dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen for travelers who prefer to cook and eat in.
The King studio is more compact, but still offers conveniences such as a mini-refrigerator, a microwave, and a coffee/tea station.
Amenities

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available to all guests. The Grand Turk Inn is a smoke-free property.
There is an outdoor pool for guests to enjoy. Onsite dining will be reintroduced in Spring 2026 with the opening of Ankora Restaurant & Bar. The restaurant will have an all-day menu serving international and local cuisine.
What's Nearby
The inn is in walking distance of well-known sites such as the Turks and Caicos National Museum, a few historical landmarks, and a variety of restaurants and bars. Guests can also enjoy the beautiful reefs that are just across from the Inn. Given the limited number of accommodations, travelers are encouraged to book in advance and can save by booking direct.
