Caicos Café Plaza

Grace Bay, Providenciales
The shade and grounds at the Caicos Café Plaza

Caicos Café Plaza is a vibrant shopping plaza located in the heart of Grace Bay, home to a wide variety of professional establishments and retail stores.

One of the smaller shopping plazas in the Turks and Caicos, Caicos Café Plaza’s size and rustic architecture gives it a unique, intimate atmosphere and a warm ambiance. Surrounded by palm trees, local flora, and picturesque stone sculptures, with an impressive poinciana tree in the center that flowers with fiery red blooms in the summer, the plaza perfectly captures the essence of the Turks and Caicos.

You’ll find a variety of local businesses here, from Caicos Bakery with its freshly baked pastries to the local jeweler Atelys. You’ll also find various clothing stores and boutiques, offices, a skincare shop, salon, a mini mart carrying grocery essentials, and even a tattoo parlor. But perhaps the most popular establishment in the plaza is Caicos Café, a gourmet restaurant.

A favorite of residents and visitors alike, Caicos Café offers fine dining in a warm and friendly setting, serving a fusion of Italian and Caribbean cuisine, as well as freshly sourced local seafood, and an extensive selection of wines. The restaurant is set on the wooden terrace of a cottage, surrounded by rustling palm leaves that create an idyllic island ambiance. The menu offerings range from snapper couscous to seafood paella, but the handmade pasta dishes at Caicos Café certainly steal the show.

Caicos Café Plaza is adjacent to the Ocean Club West Plaza and is located a short distance away from the Ocean Club West resort. Seven Stars resort, the newly opened One Season Plaza, La Petite Place, and Ports of Call are also within easy walking distance of the plaza.

The plaza is also within walking distance of many of the hotels and villas on the central Grace Bay strip, such as Grace Bay Club Resort, Ports of Call Resort, and Villa del Mar.

Graceway Gourmet supermarket, Saltmills Plaza, the Regent Village and many more establishments are also located nearby and are a mere 5-minute drive away from Caicos Café Plaza via the Grace Bay strip.

Caicos Café Plaza’s convenient location in the heart of Grace Bay makes it ideal as a majority of the island’s premier shopping and dining can also be found in this area. The central access point for the world renowned Grace Bay Beach is also close, making it easy for shoppers to visit the plaza for some shopping or cold drinks after a day at the beach.

Complimentary parking is available in the center of the plaza, with limited street parking also available. You can also park at one of the shopping plazas nearby and take a quick stroll on a warm day to get to the Caicos Café Plaza. If you’d like to take a break from a day of shopping or simply want to enjoy a sandwich from the bakery or some cold refreshments outdoors, you’ll find outdoor seating under the shade of the plaza’s palm trees.
