Accommodations

Your group can relax in comfort in the four bedrooms at Leah’s Villa, all located on the first floor. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom and shower. The nautical-themed bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and shares a bathroom with a shower with the twin bedroom. The twin bedroom includes two twin-sized beds and a sitting area. The villa’s fourth bedroom includes a queen-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.

Leah’s Villa has everything you need to indulge in the good life during your stay in tropical paradise. The villa includes high-speed wi-fi, air conditioning, ceiling fans, an outdoor shower, a BBQ grill, televisions, and a washer and dryer in the laundry room, located on the outside deck. The property also has a security system for peace of mind. The fully-equipped kitchen and open-concept living and dining areas are located on the second floor of the villa, which also includes a large deck for outdoor dining, grilling, and lounging in the sun.

Leah’s Villa has a fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need at your fingertips, including a microwave, refrigerator, oven, stove, kettle, and kitchen island. Whether you want to make coffee or cook a full meal, the kitchen is well-appointed to accommodate you. The dining table can seat up to eight people. The living area includes ample cushioned seating and a flat-screen TV for times when you want a break from the outdoors. There’s also a half bathroom on the second floor, by the kitchen. Enjoy lots of natural light and access to the upper deck from the second-floor common areas.

Or, fire up the grill and enjoy dining al fresco on the covered deck, surrounded by lush tropical foliage. The villa is conveniently located on beautiful Grace Bay, just a short walk away from Grace Bay Beach.

The Beach and Reef

Leah’s Villa is located near the Bight Reef (also known as Coral Gardens) snorkeling site, which is the transition point between Grace Bay Beach and the Bight Beach. Although not beachfront, the villa is excellently located for those that want to enjoy the beach and snorkeling, as a beach access is located just outside the villa, mere steps away.

Directly off the steps of the beach access is the western end of Grace Bay Beach, which then continues east for miles. On the left side of the access is the lively coral and fish of the Bight Reef, and the calm waters of the Bight Beach begin after a two-minute walk down the beach to the west.

Leah’s Villa is located on the western side of the Bight community, and near the Turtle Cove region of Providenciales. The general area is quite convenient for those with a rental car, as much of the island’s shopping and dining is within a 7-minute drive.

Several restaurants are within easy walking distance of Leah’s Villa. Jojo’s Café at The Windsong resort and Somewhere on the Beach at Coral Gardens are within a minute’s walk. Zest and Indigo at the Wymara Resort and Drift Restaurant at West Bay Club are about a 7-minute walk down the beach.

Turtle Cove Marina, which has several dining options, is about a 5-minute drive, as is the Graceway IGA supermarket and the central Grace Bay region. The Providenciales International Airport is about 10 minutes away.
