Five Little Cays House is a beachfront four-bedroom and five-bathroom luxury vacation villa on the island of Providenciales. This beautiful accommodation features a swimming pool, private beach access, and a comfortable setting.

Inside, there’s a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans in most rooms, and a comfortable living area. The villa offers a full complement of amenities for your stay, including linens and towels, and a clothes washer and dryer.

The Bedrooms

Five Little Cays features four bedrooms. The oceanfront master bedroom offers a king bed and a his/her bathroom with a separate jacuzzi tub and shower, and the three remaining bathrooms have queen beds and ensuite bathrooms.

The villa incorporates a surround sound system in the main living areas, as well as multiple satellite TVs, DVD/CD player, and fast Wi-Fi.

Outdoor Amenities

In addition to the pool, there’s a great array of seating and loungers to choose from, an outdoor shower, ocean kayaks, a gas BBQ grill, and beach and pool towels. A breezy poolside patio is found outside and is perfect for outdoor dining.

The Turtle Tail Location

Five Little Cays House is located in the residential Turtle Tail peninsula on the south coast of Providenciales. This highly scenic region is bordered on one side by the incredible turquoise waters of the Caicos Banks and on the other by the shallow Turtle Lake and Juba Sound.

Turtle Tail doesn’t have the extensive beaches common to many of the other accommodation regions, yet it does offer unparalleled vistas and seclusion while being within easy access of central Providenciales.

Turtle Tail Beach

Much of the coastline of Turtle Tail consists of low limestone “ironshore” cliffs, yet small sheltered beaches are found in several coves. In most cases there is no public access paths to these tiny patches of sand, so they are effectively private beaches. Five Little Cays House is situated on one such beach.

Five small islands are found a short distance off the coast and are the inspiration for the villa’s name. Not to be confused with the better-known Five Cays region to the west, these islands are known as the Little Five Cays, and include Bristol Cay, the two Dick Penn Cays, and the two Bird Egg Cays.

Nearby Dining and Shopping

The Turtle Tail area and Five Little Cays House is accessed off of Venetian Road, a long and winding route that leads off of Leeward Highway. Venetian Road has recently been paved, and is now one of the finest scenic drives in the Turks and Caicos.

The shopping and restaurants of Grace Bay and many grocery stores are close enough to be within easy access, yet don’t intrude on the tranquility of the Turtle Tail region.

Five Little Cays is located in the highly-scenic Turtle Tail coastal peninsula on the southern side of Providenciales. This secluded and luxury residential region is a 5-minute drive from the island’s largest supermarket, and about 12 minutes from central Grace Bay.
