You’ll never run out of things to do at Casa Grande. The private luxury oceanfront villa was completely remodeled in 2020 and includes all of the latest technology and modern comforts to ensure you have a comfortable, carefree stay. The villa features upscale accommodations, with Wi-Fi, a sound system throughout the villa, A/C, parking, a washer and dryer, nine TVs, a 2000-square-foot terrace, a pool, a garden, a covered patio, and an outdoor grill that’s perfect for alfresco dining. Each of the six bedrooms at Casa Grande has an ensuite bathroom plus there is an additional half bath, two indoor showers, and four outdoor showers.

The Bedrooms

Casa Grande includes two master bedroom suites with private access to outdoor space. Each of the six bedrooms in the villa features a flat-screen TV with cable stations, luxury linens, and an ensuite bath with a hairdryer. Sleep in complete peace on the plush mattresses and feather-down pillows. Five bedrooms feature king-sized beds and the sixth bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king-sized bed if needed.

For additional sleeping space, there are two twin beds located in the master bedroom and bedroom two of the villa. Casa Grande includes complimentary maid service mid-week for each week of stay. You can book additional cleaning services for a fee.

Indoor Amenities

The oceanfront villa sits on one acre of perfectly manicured grounds, with a brilliant array of flora to enjoy from the floor-to-ceiling windows and open terraces or by relaxing in one of the many lounge chairs outside. The property is gated and includes a nightly security service to ensure your peace of mind. For your entertainment, the villa features a surround sound system, nine TVs, DVD players, and an assortment of board games, cards, and books so you can experience a slower pace of life.

Whip up fresh meals in the gourmet kitchen, which comes fully equipped with the latest appliances, dishes, and place settings for up to 14 people. Indulge in tropical drinks with the Margaritaville Daiquiri Machine, or cook a full meal with access to an oven, deep fryer, air fryer, gas range, ice machine, and microwave. Whether you want to eat inside or savor al fresco dining under the Caribbean sky, there are dining tables inside and outside of the villa to accommodate you. If you’re traveling with little ones, there is an extension chair that can be used as a high chair.

Outdoor Amenities

Casa Grande is a six-bedroom property.

Casa Grande comes equipped with everything you need to relish the lush Caribbean paradise of Turks and Caicos. Take one of the property’s six bicycles for a spin, try a game of ping pong, or take one of the kayaks out for a paddle on the waters of Grace Bay, just steps away from the villa. The property also has snorkeling equipment, two stand-up paddle boards, life jackets, beach umbrellas, a hammock, and beach chairs and toys. For outdoor grilling, there’s a gas BBQ grill and bar as well as outdoor tables and seating throughout the property. The private infinity edge pool is the perfect place to cool off, relax, and soak up some tropical sunshine.

From the villa, take the stone steps to the beach and you’ll find even more outdoor adventures in paradise. The award-winning beach serves up stunning views of the turquoise sea and blue skies as well as opportunities for sunbathing, kayaking, swimming, sailing, scuba diving, and endless water sports.

The Bight Beach

Casa Grande is beachfront on the Bight Beach, which is a stretch of incredible beach on the western side of world-famous Grace Bay Beach. The beach offers soft, white sand and brilliant turquoise waters, yet as the area only hosts upscale homes, it doesn’t see the crowds that some spots on central Grace Bay Beach may experience.

Several excellent snorkeling spots can be found within walking distance of the villa. An interesting and lively bay reef can be found about 900 feet (275 meters) up the beach to the east, and a likewise beautiful yet small reef system is located close off the beach at about the equal distance in the other direction. This beach reef is part of the greater Smith’s Reef system, all of which is within a .75 mile (1.2km) walk to the west.

Casa Grande is located in the Turtle Cove region of the island, which is on the western side of the Bight and Grace Bay areas. Turtle Cove is primarily a residential area, and has a large marina that is home to a selection of restaurants and tour operators.

Central Grace Bay, where many of the island’s restaurants and resorts are located, is about a 5-minute drive from the villa. Graceway IGA supermarket is about 2-minutes away, and the Providenciales International Airport is less than a 15-minute drive.
